We have 24 HOUR roadside assistance and an emergency phone number in the event of this happening. We are always contactable.

 

The answer to this is NO. Our cars are not allowed to leave Spain ( this includes Gibraltar).

 

As Satellite Navigation Systems work differently in Spain than the rest of Europe we have decided not to rent them out. In our experience they hinder our clients rather than help! A map is the way to go.

 

Yes. They can be rented out for 15€ per week. (For most vehicles. Please check).

 

Yes. Pushchairs can be rented out for 10€ per week.

 

Yes. We provide these FREE of charge. Please inform us of the child’s age and weight so we can prepare the correct seat.

 

Please call us as soon as you find out your flight is delayed. We do track flights online so we know if you are delayed or not. But request that you do call us so we can plan where to leave the car for you if you land after we close.

 

Yes. By prior arrangement only.

 

Yes. The first and second drivers are free. Every additional driver after the first two costs 20€ per person.

 

A valid driver’s licence and passport, and a valid credit card.

 

Please call us once you have retrieved your luggage ( 0034 - 952 232 222 ), you will then be instructed where to go. You will be met at the airport with your car so you can drive directly away.

 

We request payment 14 days in advance the SPARBANK Reg 8500 Account.

 

The easiest way is to fill out the form on the website and make a booking. Scandinavian staff will answer your request.

 

No. Your car will be at the airport waiting for you when you arrive. It should take no longer than 10 minutes from the time it takes you to get your suitcase to be driving away!
